OUR WEEK--Sunset over the Great Salt Lake and "Good Food and Junk" at Chuckarama

One new thing and one old thing. The new thing we did with Camille's family was enjoying the best sunset anywhere. That's why people come to the Great Salt Lake in the evenings. We arrived just as the sun was sinking...

with reflections of buildings in the water.
We stayed until it was so black that we could only see our silhouettes.

And there was lots of black mud to play in, too!
The old thing was dinner at Chuckarama.
We've visited time and time again with Grandma Rose, so now it's a nostalgic favorite. Camille insisted that the kids fill one plate full of "good food" before they could have any "junk." First the good food--

and then the junk.

We had such a great time with you! These are all Utah things that we have not done for quite a while. Thank you for making sure that we were able to spend time with you each night. We look forward to our next trip to Utah! Also, thank you for all of the great photos and write up of Annelise's confirmation!
