Le Diner Chez Gretta (5.31.26)

The highlight of my week is hosting my family for Sunday dinner.  On May 31, 2026, we ate French bistro food--beef bourguignon, bouillabaisse, and creme brulee for dessert.  I even had miniature Eiffel Towers as table decorations.

I have long known that the TV in our basement is a prime attraction for my grandchildren and greats, but this summer I realized how much the "littles" at my dinner enjoy our backyard, with its gazebo, rock stairs and walls, and lots of flowers to pick.
