Dave is a poster boy for colonoscopies. He has had five of them, and has most probably been saved from colon cancer as a result of his diligence. On January 14, he got checked out again. All is well, and he's a free man for another five years!

People blog about a lot of things, but I think this is the first time I've seen a blog about successful colonoscopies.
Congrats Dad:). Actually Dad is a great example of good health. We run and exercise as a result of his 5:00 am 10 mile runs that he started while we were growing up and contines today.
