Oliver, the new Ebert dog, has copper fur and a lean, hunting dog body. "He can play with the kids and run with me," Steve says. Annelise (second from right) and I feel a special affinity for Ollie, since his hair is the same color as ours!
In early October 2019, the Eberts took Ollie to the wheat-colored fields near our house. Annelise snapped these beautiful photos of the newest member of the Ebert family.
Ollie is a purebred Hungarian vizla, in the fine tradition of his predecessor purebred Ebert dogs--Jaeger (golden lab), Oscar (bulldog), and Oakley (golden lab).
