Out to Lunch with the Big Girls



 Mia is No. 6, the youngest child in a big family, who treasures her mom's undivided attention.  Today Mia joined Camille and me at a baby shower for Melissa Moench, wife of Jacob, Camille's cousin.  It was a fun outing for Camille and me, and special alone-time for Mia.

Dave's sister, Nancy, spread a vegan buffet and set up a quilting frame for a baby blanket.  We met in the Sandy ward house of Nancy's daughter, Jennifer. 

 Ashley brought Finn to the party and Charlotte brought Dax.

I gave warm wishes to Marsha Moench, Nancy's ex-sister-in-law whom I hadn't seen for years.

 

Mia spent two hours as her mom's special pal and then did cartwheels all the way down the ward house halls to celebrate being included in this Big Girl event.
