It was a special treat for Lisa's family, the Flindts, to meet together at the reunion. Kyle and Lisa, with their youngest children, Bryce and Alyssa, are living in Seattle, but the rest of the family are either attending BYU in Provo, Utah, or working in Salt Lake City. One morning, at the reunion, the Flindts gathered on the beach and Michael took family photos.
On July 8, 2021, Lisa and Kyle took Kirsten, Bryce, and Alyssa to Disneyland. Bryce had a running injury and he was in a wheelchair with his leg in a boot. That was not a bad thing, because it allowed the whole family to skip the long lines!
Some of the Flindts' favorite rides were the "little kid" ones.
