Lilly

Lilly Flindt was born on August 13, 2021, the wedding anniversary of her first-time parents, Michael K and Rebekah Flindt.  Lilly is Lisa's second grandbaby and Dave's and my second great-grandchild.  She is much beloved.
 

Lilly weighed 8 1/2 lbs. when she was born, and she had nearly outgrown her newborn clothes when she was first dressed in them.  She has thick, dark hair, like Rebekah, but there is something about the eyes that reminds us of Michael.  The debate about who she looks like will go on and on!

When our descendants look distinctly like the in-laws, I sometimes say, "I'm sure they have a Spendlove pancreas and liver."  No one can dispute that!  We are so excited that Lilly arrived safe and perfect.
